While we wait impatiently for your Brand Boost to happen, you can get started by filling in this pre-session form – so I can prepare for our day together. Please ensure you submit this form at least 48 hours before your scheduled session:

Do you have to go through this workbook before your Brand Boost? No. Is is a good idea? Yes. This workbook contains the framework on which I base all my client work, and taking some time to familiarise yourself with it before we get stuck in will help you identify any areas to focus on.

What to expect on the day:

Before your Brand Boost

You fill in the pre-session information form and supply your current files that I will use as a starting point. This (+ payment) must be submitted at least 48 hrs before our session.

9 AM — Kick-off call

We start the day in my virtual meeting room for a 30 minute kick-off call. Show up as you are, no need to get camera ready. (Though I do recommend bringing a nice cuppa and some snacks!)

9:30 am — Action time!

I get to work and you’re free to go about your day as you please. I will need you to be available for feedback and input throughout the day, so avoid scheduling any important meetings on the day of your Brand Boost.

2:30 PM(ish) — We meet again

Time for your wrap-up call. This is just to go over the final things, making sure we don’t have to go back in to edit minor things after exporting all those logo files!

3:00 PM — It's a wrap!

After our wrap-up call I go away to export all your final files, and they’ll land in your client portal within the next day or so. I’ll let you know when they are ready.

What if I need to reschedule?

If for some reason you need to reschedule Your Brand Boost, please use the reschedule link in the email you received when booking your session. Please make sure you do this no later than 48 hours before the original date/time (I get that life happens, and sometimes this isn’t possible – but it gives me time to re-juggle other commitments so I really appreciate you telling me well in advance.)
